Not getting subsidized food, Shop owner took our ration cards 8 yrs ago...

Suresh Kol from Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh is telling us that they need to go 13 kms to get their subsidized ration as there is no shop in their village. He says there are 10 people in village whose card has been kept by the salesman from last 8 years and they have not got any ration from 8 years.
