Bhadu Baiga went to work in Chennai 3 yrs ago, Hasn't returned yet, Pls help

Naresh Bunkar from Kabirdham district in Chhattisgarh is telling us about Bhadu Baiga who went to work in Chennai with a bore well digging company 3 years ago but has not returned yet. Two more from the village had gone with him and have returned home. She has visited the place where they say Bholu is living but he was not found.
