Govt not giving any community rights under Forest Rights Act in Chhattisgarh

My name is Chandra Pratap Singh. Today I am visiting village Pandripani in Gourela block of Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh where head of Village forest protecton committee tells me that Govt is giving individual forest rights but not to community.
