We erected electricity poles on our own but wires not connected in a year, Pls help

Brijesh Verma is calling from village Lohgarh in Rewa district of MP to say that according to Govt all the dalit, adivasi villages will be electrified but in our village the contractor told us to get the poles erected on our own which we did but a year has been passed they have not connected it with wires.
