Request to make honoring Ambedkar on Republic Day functions mandatory...

My name is Vikas Bouddha. I am calling from Sirmaur in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh to draw your attention to an incident of 26th January 2013, Republic Day. On official function we requested that there should also be a picture of Dr Ambedkar as he was the writer of our constitution but the official ignored our request.
