My name is Shyam Narayan Shukla. I am calling from Chitrakoot in Uttar Pradesh. Today I want to draw your attention towards the weak laws in our country on crimes against animals. I read in papers that many people are arrested while smuggling cows. Recently some wildlife lost their lives due to negligence of officials in Kanpur.
