Forest Rights: Govt brought Baigas down from hills but yet to give land deeds

Naresh Bunkar from Pandaria block in Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh is talking to Chain Singh Baiga from Baijalpur village who tells him that 144 Baiga families from Daldali hills came down in 2002 as advised by the government. But they have not got any support as promised. There is no electricity, no road in their village and they are also running pillar to post to get land deeds under forest rights act.
