Govt rule says minimum salary Rs3000 but peons still getting Rs1000/month...

Ramashankar Prajapati is calling from Dabhaura in Jaba block in Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. He is with Prabhu Dayal Napit who is employed as a peon in govt co-operative from 1992 gets a salary of Rs 1000. He says in 2011 Govt issued an order saying that the minimum salary in Govt work will be Rs 3000 but many like Mr Napit are still getting Rs 1000 and they are unable to run their family.
