Arun Minj is talking to us from Deoghar village in Sitapur block of Surguja district in Chhattisgarh. He is telling us about a new Government scheme called Fulwari for Pahari Korwa primitive tribe mothers and children.In this new scheme Govt will spend Rs 6 per child per day and Rs 15 per day on pregnant women.
