Industrial pollution: No growth in paddy after 8 months of planting in Raigarh...

Rajesh Tripathi from Jan Chetna in Raigarh, Chhattisgarh is telling us that near industrial area in the district where industries are pouring their dirty water, no rice has grown this year after 8 months of planting in more than 30 acres. It should be a metter of investigation for agriculture scientists which has created a crisis for these farmer families who grew 15-20 quintals of paddy per acre in these lands before.
