Savita Rath from Raigarh in Chhattisgarh is telling us about the observation of Black Day by villagers in Gare every year on 5th January. On this day in 2008 Jindal officials with police had lathi charged on the villagers and more than 100 people were injured. No judicial enquary has taken place of the incident yet.
