Half the teachers disappear from rural schools post lunch, complaint dont work

Raju Rana from Chatra district in Jharkhand is visiting a rural village in the district. There are more than 350 students in the school. There is only one teacher appointed in the school who is helped by 3 para teachers. But post lunch the teacher with one para teacher has disappeared. He says it is an unwritten rule in these rural schools that half the teachers disappear after lunch. Administration have been informed but they do not take any action.
