Villagers complain about irregular distribution of subsidized food under PDS

Sate Singh from Latehar district in Jharkhand is complaining about irregular delivery of grains and kerosene oil under Public Distribution Service. He speaks to 3 people who tell him that they have come to get ration and oil but none is available and they are worried about their survival.
