BPL cards going to undeserving candidates, says Janpad panchayat member

Bhan Sahu Ji is visiting a village called Panditarai in Ambagarh Chowki block of Rajnandgaon district in Chhattisgarh where she meets an elected member of block panchayat member Mr Mohitlal Sahu who tells her that though they distributed more forms for Below Poverty Line application then prescribed but many people who actually needs BPL cards have not got them.
