School education suffering due to Para teacher strike in Jharkhand villages...

My name is Ugan Bhuiyan. I am calling from Chatra district in Jharkhand. Here para teachers are in strike from last one and half month and the education of children is suffering. I am now standing in a village and talking to people who are telling that if the para teachers do not join work in a week the village education committee will be forced to take action and appoint new teachers.
