Dept took money, erected poles 4 yrs back but no electricity in our village yet

My name is Rajkumar Poya. I am calling from Bagra village in Pratappur block in Chhattisgarh.Govt says they are doing many things for the poor but I do not see any in my village. For example Electricity dept people took money from us 4 years back. They also put some poles but there is no electricity in our village. Some people took loan and put up a tubewell and the amount in the loan is also increasing. Please talk to electricity dept to put electricity fast in our village.
