Agitation in Ranchi demands scrapping FDI in retail and coal block allocations

My name is Aparna Marandi. I am calling from Ranchi in Jharkhand to tell you about a day long dharna in front of Rajbhavan. The dharna was led by many social activist leaders and they demanded that foreign direct investment in retail should be withdrawn, all the coal block allocations in Jharkhand be cancelled and govt should not displace people without their wish.
