Like Dandi Salt March of Gandhi villagers will break Coal law on 2nd October

My name is Savita Rath. I am calling from Jan Chetna Manch in Raigarh district in Chhattisgarh. I want to inform all of you that on 2nd october in Tamnar block of the district 3 villages of Gare, Sarasmal and Khamharia will break the coal law of country like Gandhi had broken salt law. They are demanding that community be given right to mine coal on their land. They said on Gandhi’s birthday the work on Gare Open coal mine will start and they will pay royalty to the govt.
