Officials charge Rs 50 each from Baiga adivasis for giving free ration cards

My name is Naresh Bunkar. I am calling from Adivasi Jan Van adhikar Manch in Pandaria block of Kawardha district in Chhattisgarh. Today I am visiting Birhuldih gram panchayat. Here two Baiga adivasis tell him that there are 380 ration cards in this gram panchayat and officials have taken Rs 50 from each card holder before giving them cards. This needs to be investigated. For more Naresh Ji can be reached at 08720822286
