Old man unable to pay fees dies in front of Govt hospital without treatment...

KM bhai from Kanpur in Uttar Pradesh is telling us about an incident in Govt Haylett hospital in the city where an old man did not get any medical attention because he did not have any money and the person died in front of the emergency ward of the hospital.
