Raju Kumar from Chatra district in Jharkhand is asking a question. He says government spends so much money for the welfare of downtrodden but if you come to my district as far as adivasis are concerned you see no development of any type in their areas. I would like to know how and why this is happening. There should be investigation and culprists should be punished. We raise these issues from time to time but does not look anyone is listening.
