Naresh Bunkar from Jan Van Adhikar Manch of Pandaria block of Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh is visiting Kui gram panchayat today where he met with Santram Baiga an adivasi who tells him that he worked on NREGA twice and both the times he had to pay Rs 80 to postman. He says the postman charges Rs 20 per slip before payment. While asking about it he says go and complaint to collector, no one can do anything to me. He asks is govt not giving payment to postman?
