Baiga adivasi village has no school, anganwadi, Kerosene or land deeds

My name is Naresh Bunkar. I am from Jan Van adhikar Samiti. Today I am visiting a village for Baiga adivasis called Khairahapara in Pandaria block of Kawardha district of Chhattisgarh. The Baiga adivasis tell me that they used to live in a village on the hill called Terapani when forest department threw them out from there in 2001. In the new villave they have no school, no anganwadi and get no kerosene oil. They have applied for land deeds in 2009 but not got the deeds yet. Where is the money allocated for Baigas going they ask. For more Bunkar ji can be reached at 0872082286
