Had vasectomy after 2 children, my wife has given birth to 3rd one!

Suresh Srivas from Kota block in Bilaspur district of Chhattisgarh is talking to Shyam Charan Gupta who tells him that after 2 children he had a vasectomy operation in Government hospital in 2009 but his wife has given birth to a third child.
