Right to Education: We had 4 teachers in 2004, Now we have 1!

Khuturam Sunani from Nuapada district of Odisha is visiting a village in Sinapali block where he talks to students and parents. They tell him that in the school there are 97 students but only one teacher. They tell him that in 2004 they had 4 teachers but that has now reduced to one and children are facing huge problems. They have complained to the authorities but it does not help. Parents are thinking of putting a lock on the school.
