No action on complaints about irregularities in NREGA

Chandra Pratap Singh from Semaria in Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh is giving details of NREGA work where people have not worked but they have been shonw as being paid in the muster roll. He gives three examples from 2010-11 with names, Job card number and Jon number with dates. He says they have complained to authorities including collector but no action has been taken so far.
