15 km walk to call ambulance at 2 am gives no result...

Anil Bamne from Bilaspur in Chhattisgarh is talking to a woman wo tells him that there is no phone connectivity in her village so she walked 15 kms at 2 in the night to call the Sanjeevani Express facility of Govt of Chhattisgarh which promises round the clock ambulance service. She says the ambulance people promised to come but they never did and she faced huge difficulty to take her pregnant patient to hospital.
