Put barriers outside 5th schedule areas: Dilip Singh Bhuria

Prakash Gupta from Surguja is helping us hear former minister and Schedule Tribe Commission head Dilip Singh Bhuria who is suggesting at a rally that people should put a barrier at the border of 5th schedule districts so that non tribals can not enter. He says the PESA law says even Govt can not take Adivasi land without their permission but Govt will not tell the people about this law and is also not returning illegally taken lands which adivasis should unite to take them back.
