He explains the process which will follow- first some incentives will be offered to people who own the land where factories and mines are being planned. Once the bait is swallowed by the greedy, the others will follow suit- if only to match up with the people who now have some compensation.
This is the way development has happened, he says. He draws attention to the future problems like the ones all Hindi speaking people are facing in other parts of the country from where they are being driven out, identified as outsiders whether they are from Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh or MP.
