Passed resolution saying wont give land but work continues

A villager from Jharbarra village in Surguja in Chhattisgarh says that a fraudulent Gram Sabha resolution was passed in his village on 11th August 2009 saying villagers are ready to give land to a company. On 2nd October 2011 the villagers passed another Gram Sabha resolution against giving the land to company. A copy of the resolution was sent to collector and Governor but the company still continues the work. An inspection team visited the village two days back and villagers are very angry.
