8 contract laborer accident deaths in Kanpur in one month!

KM bhai from Kanpur is telling us about the bad situation of unorganised labor in the country. As an example he tells that in Kanpur city 8 contract laborers have died in last one month. The laborers are working for putting pipeline for the Water board but they have not made any safety arrangements. The board says it is the responsilibility of the contractor.
