Toilet officers demanded bribe, when we didn't give they built them outside the village...

9 of us were sanctioned for building toilets last year but officers demanded money and free labor. When we refused then they built the toilets very far from village where all the equipments of the toilets are now been stolen. Complaints have been sent to all concerned officers about it many months back but except false assurances we are yet to get much says Rakesh Kumar from Paliari road/Guridih in Gomia block of Bokaro district in Jharkhand.
