Sarpanch says no water in my village, officers don't listen

Govind Salam a Sarpanch in a village in Hoshangabad district of Madhya Pradesh says there are 50 drinking water connection in his village but most of them are not working and only 3/4 are functional. People are in big trouble and are forced to fetch water from nearby villages. Complaint to authorities are not working. He requests us to help reach the authorities.
