Sterilization operation in Govt hospital failed, waiting for compensation from 3 years...

My wife Leelabati gave birth to a girl child after sterlization operation in 2012 in Govt hospital says Veerendra Lunia from Karaiha village in Dadh panchayat in Tyothar block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. I was told there is a provision of compensation but I have been running pillar to post in last 3-4 years and have given all documents but I have got only false assurances.
