Requesting for electricity connection from 2013, only half work done, pls help...

Arti Valmiki is calling from Indira Colony in Batiagarh in Damoh district in Madhya Pradesh and says 60 people from their colony requested Govt officers for an electricity line and transformer in 2013. Half work was done in 2014 but due to pending work people are suffering and are pulling wire to cover extra distance. This can cause accident any time. You are requested to call Block officer@9425613810 to solve their problems who is not listening to complaints by villagers. Arti@9993358662
