Sarpanch demanding Rs 500 for ration cards and 1200 for pension, pls help...

Rajesh Kumar is calling from Naudiha village in tehsil Robertsganj district Sonbhadra in Uttar Pradesh. He alleges that their Sarpanch is demanding Rs 500 bribe for making ration cards and Rs 1200 for pensions. She and her contractor husband says that they have bought votes by paying so she will take money for work. He says he has complained this to District Magistrate but he is not responsive.
