Reservation in promotion in Govt jobs should become part of 9th schedule...

Bhajan Bhalavi is talking to head of SC-ST workers association in Seoni district in Madhya Pradesh who was celebrating 116th martyrdom day of Birsa Munda there today. He says they are demanding passing of bill in parliament ensuring reservation in promotion in Govt jobs a part of 9th schedule of constitution so that no one can play around with that in future. He says 85% original inhabitants of this country will continue their fight for continuing reservation in promotion in jobs. Bhalavi@9165416750
