Dilip Jaiswal from Dhandhapur village of Balrampur district in Chhattisgarh is telling us about a problem in farming of vegetable known as Parwal in local area( Trichosanthes dioica). This vegetable is grown in area from last decade which has made many farmers rich but it is destroying forest. Farmers cut twigs from trees to give support to climb this creeper like plant which has harmed forest in the area. Forest and Agri dept has not been able to check it who should find a way out.
