Govt started digging hand pump, people contributed but they left it half way...

Nandlal Yadav calling from Shivra village in Kori Panchayat of Vishrampur block in Palamu district of Jharkhand says Govt started digging handpump and stopped at 155 feet 8 months back. Villagers said it needs at least 200 feet and they will be happy to contribute. Then they dug another 20 feet and disappeared with Rs 3000 of villagers.
