Sunil Vishnoi is calling from Luni village, Jodhpur, Rajasthan and says a liquor shop is situated in their village near Mosque and school that flouts Excise law which prohibits any liquor store within the reach of 100 metres from a public institution and religious site. The customers of the wine store create ruckus which troubles locals. No action is taken after several complaints.
