Ramnivas Verma is calling from village Chaur in Jaba block of Rewa district in Madhya Pradesh. He says there are around 200 dalit and adivasi students in their village middle school. These children have not got their Govt stipend from 2013. The teachers have made them travel to cities in far to open bank accounts few times but all in vain.
