Khuturam Sunani is telling us about 30 dalit homes being destroyed in a fire last week in village Lathor, district Bolangir in Odisha. It is alleged that a long existing feud between two groups came to a head through a seemingly innocuous fight at a shop. Apparently the incident of burning the homes was planned in advance.
