Dilip Behera is visiting Chirechua village post Nichhapali block Komna in Nuapada district in Odisha where villagers are telling him in their Adivasi Bhunjia language that they have a school in the village but no school building. The building work started last year but stopped and is far from complete. They don’t have electricity which cause huge problem in this forest area.
