15,000 adivasi trafficked women missing from district, says women's group

Lily Kujur President of Adivasi Mahila Suraksha Mandal in Rourkela in Sundargarh district of Odisha is telling us that more than 40,000 adivasi women were trafficked to work in big cities from the district. Out of these women whereabout of around 15000 is unknown. Local police has special cell to look at human trafficking but they do not help. This is also not an issue for local media.
