Bridge of 29 lakhs washed away in month, Officer tries to bribe Citizen Journalist

My name is Prakash Gupta from Surguja in Chhattisgarh. Today I want to tell you the story of a bridge built with the cost of Rs 29 lakhs in Balrampur district. The construction was so bad that the bridge washed away in less than a month in Sept. When I tried to investigate it the concerned official tried to bribe with a bundle of notes which I have recorded in this message. Even after a month the administration has not taken any action against concerned officials. You are requested to call Collector Mr Prasanna at 09826442277 or write to him at crprasanna.ias@ias.nic.in. For more Prakash can be reached at 07697852665
