After 25 years in Andhra we got no ration card, no voter card: Migrated tribal
My name is Madivi Kanna. I am calling from Gaddamadugu villagein Kottapally Gram Panchayat Dummugudem mandal of Khammam district in Andhra Pradesh. We migrated to Andhra from Chattisgarh 25 years back but Govt here still treats us as outsider. In our village we have no Road, voter card, Ration card and Drinking water.
